This may seem a bit of a strange thing to post, but I have a big hole in my life. I lost someone who was like a Mum to me to cancer a few years ago, and since then things haven't been the same. I do have a real Mum, but that relationship is flawed and she's never been a Mum to me.I'm 29 and would love to have someone to share 'mother-daughter' things with, talking, going out for lunch, just being there for one another.
I am secure and happy in all other areas of my life, but would love to have an 'adoptive mum' in my life.
