Room for rent in Harringey, off Green Lanes half-way between Manor House and Turnpike Lane tube stations. The rent excludes bills, it comes to about £350 inclusive. It's for one person to share a nice garden flat with me; I'm the owner and I'm female.It's a peaceful place so I'd like to share with someone who's quiet on the whole. I want someone who takes an interest and cares about the place they live in, and who's sensitive to people, animals, plants and things around them. I've been sharing flats for ages, and I've run out of tolerance for people who need hassling about rent, cleaning, noise etc. I don't have any particular preferences in terms of your gender, age, job, or anything else, you just have to be right - and pay the rent obviously. I don't smoke, but I used to and I like it, so it's better if you don't smoke so I don't start again
My partner stays over quite a lot, so some of the time it's a 3 people situation. The room is unfurnished apart from a futon. There isn't really a place for bikes, only the room or the front garden. The area is great, lots of food shops, restaurants, most of it 24 hours, a really nice pub around the corner, and Finsbury Park within walking distance. It's a 15 minute walk to the tube, but there's a lot of buses that take you there and elsewhere.
