Description: Seeking the Goddess Within is a three week course designed to assist women of any age to reconnect with their inner power and wisdom. Once upon a time, women were highly revered and their qualities of wisdom, creativity, and healing (to name a few) were respected and accepted as being powerfully beneficial to the community. In more recent times women have felt the need to change their attributes, becoming more in touch with their masculinity in order to be more competitive, aggressive, and functional within what has become a male-dominated society. However, the patriarchal systems are beginning to lose favour and women are beginning to rediscover and re-establish their true natures whilst simultaneously, our male counterparts are beginning to see the value of femininity. People are beginning to truly understand the concept of equality between the sexes. Equality does not mean that men and women share the exact same qualities, it means that the qualities that each of us exhibit are equally worthy and contributory to the good of society.
This shift in understanding has created a changing and potentially turbulent environment and it is easy to feel confused, anxious, or at a loss as to where we currently stand. Seeking The Goddess Within is an incredibly powerful course constructed specifically to enable women to step onto a self-development path in a safe environment and with the full knowledge that they will be supported along the way. You will explore your own personal blocks to success and discover your innate qualities, learn to change negative thoughts into positive affirmations, delve into your emotions and their influence on your health and re-establish your connection to your own inner wisdom and intuition. This course is an unfolding journey and as such does not have a set itinerary but throughout the course meditations, visualisations, discussions and group exercises will be used and small assignments set to encourage each participants individual growth.
